Visoren. Social Housing in Renda

Company dedicated to the construction and management of social housing. Visoren proposes a solution that involves the transfer of land from the Administration without the latter losing ownership. In exchange, Visoren constructs the dwellings allocated, upkeeps the buildings, manages social leases in five-year rotations and returns the construction to the Administration after the transfer period expires, with the building in a perfect state. The company bears society's environmental responsibility in mind at all times.

SUSTAINABILITY

At Visoren, we support new sustainable architecture. Thus, our buildings are constructed respecting sustainability. This affects the comprehensive design of the building. All these aspects, alongside new available construction resources, guarantee an improved architecture that is lighter and enables quicker construction. Thus, the end result takes the shape of improved conditions of use of the available energies.


ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Visoren buildings incorporate a centralized energy production system (for heating and hot water distribution) thanks to solar plates. Our energy management system enables control over the heating and the hot water, on-line tele-management in each facility (regulation, activation, deactivation, alarm management, trouble shooting, etc.), control over the facility's hydraulic balance, measuring, recording and memorisation of the energy consumption, and management of other services such as fire hazards, intruder detection, medical alert, water and gas leaks or domotics.

In Spain the forthcoming building promotions encompass 523 dwellings in Asturias, in Avilés and Oviedo, and another 114 shared between the municipalities of Les Borges Blanques and Esplugues de Llobregat.
