| Leisure and Service Centre in Montcada i Reixac. RIERA, in association with the Council of Montcada i Reixac, constructed and manage a leisure centre aiming to activate the activity in the area. For this fifty-year concession, the Council will transfer the land to RIERA in exchange for the construction and operation of the Leisure Centre. After said period, the Council will recover the totality of the construction. The centre has a Convention Centre, the Hotel Ciutat de Montcada, the CinesMontcada theater, supermarket, restaurants, cafeterias and commercial premises. As well as a car park for 800 vehicles and garden areas. The project spreads out over a total area of 21,800 m2. This new facility expects to welcome 2 million visitors a year. |
