| When constructing buildings, mankind express their reality and artistic needs and experience. From the simplest works constructed in ancient times, to the most contemporary works using state-of-the-art materials and techniques, all contain the trace of a skill capable of combining functionality, space and beauty. From the very start, there were always specialists who knew how to interpret needs dexterously, not only pleasing their generation but also those to come, creating genuine architectural jewels for posterity, which have currently become our heritage. At RIERA we want to continue this thousand-year-old trade, so that each work, as well as meeting our clients’ needs, will show levels of art and quality that make it stand out and make it unique. In almost 100 years of existence, we have left our seal of guarantee and quality on a great many houses and buildings. From the period when we collaborated closely with Barcelona-based modernist architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch (with whom the Casa Ametller [Ametller House], the casa de les Punxes [house of les Punxes ] and the Palacio del Barón de Cuadras [Palace of the Baron of Cuadras] in Barcelona were constructed); to our latest constructions such as the Novotel**** Hotel in Cornellà for the international real estate group Bouygues. |
