AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PORT OF MAHON OFFERS A MOORING FOR HOMEOWNERS IN RESIDENCIAL PORT MAÓ

Riera has signed an agreement with the Port of Maó so that the homeowners in Residencial Port Maó can have a mooring free of charge. This agreement allows the homeowners to make use of a place to moor a vessel measuring up the 15 metres long in the Port of Maó.

The strategic location of Residencial Port Maó is a key factor leading this Catalan company to sign a special agreement with the Port of Maó exclusively for its clients. The homes are located right on the sea over the cliff in the port and have spectacular views of both the bay and the Port of Maó itself.

Since last January, the agreement has allowed Residencial Port Maó homeowners to enjoy a new service, as they now have a mooring available to them just a few metres away from their home. With this agreement, a mooring for their own personal use is exclusively reserved for the owners of the development, despite the long waiting list of people wanting their own mooring. Therefore, the agreement signed by Riera means that homeowners can benefit from a special condition without any additional cost. The Port of Maó also has an area devoted to entertainment and recreation, along with parking and a whole slew of restaurants featuring a wide range of cuisine.
